"Felt like half a grocery store compared to others"
I gave oda.co a try because I wanted to make my grocery shopping easier, but the selection was disappointing. Compared to the other online supermarkets I’ve used, it felt like a lot of basic stuff I normally buy every week just wasn’t there.
The alternatives weren’t much better either, and the fresh food, snacks, and household items all felt really limited. I ended up having to place another order somewhere else anyway, which kind of defeats the purpose. I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Confusing updates from start to finish"
If this is true, the whole update process was a mess. I never really knew what was going on with my order, and it felt like some total amateurs were handling the communication. Frustrating experience.

I gave oda.co a try because the wording on the site made it sound like it would be this super easy time-saver, but it ended up being more hassle than helpful. The delivery slots weren’t great, and trying to change things in my order felt way more clunky than it should have. Then some items were missing anyway, so I still had to go to the shop after. Kind of defeats the whole point. For something advertised like it makes grocery shopping simple, it really didn’t feel worth it to me
"Took Too Long to Get Help"
I had a problem with my order and it took longer than it should have to get sorted out. Support did eventually get back to me, but I had to keep chasing them, which got annoying. The automated replies didn’t help either — they just made it feel like I was talking to a wall for a while. It wasn’t a terrible experience in the end, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

I tried to place an order, but it got frustrating fast. The pages were loading really slowly, and my cart changed on me a couple of times, which was confusing. Then at checkout it kept acting like something was missing, but it didn’t really say what, so I was just sitting there trying to figure it out and... yeah. After about 15 minutes I gave up.

Half my order ended up being unavailable again, which was annoying. I get that stuff happens, but when it keeps happening like this, it just makes the whole thing feel like more of a hassle than it should be.

Honestly... I was disappointed!!! The fruit was already mushy and tasted old, like it had been sitting around way too long?? Not what I was expecting at all...

A friend told me about Oda a while back, and I remember getting all excited thinking it might finally make grocery shopping easier. I even went straight to the site to check it out, it was simple enough to use. But then I put in my postcode and found out they still don’t deliver to my area. It was frustrating, especially because I’m really not that far from the city. It kind of stuck with me, that little disappointment of getting my hopes up and then realizing delivery stops just before where I live.

Once again, there was no flexibility with the delivery. I’ve run into this before, and it’s getting tiring. It would be so much better if there were more options or at least some way to adjust the delivery time when needed.

"Organic options have really dropped off"
I used to be happy with Oda, but lately the organic selection has been really disappointing.
Every time I go to place an order, basic stuff like organic apples, milk, eggs, or vegetables is either sold out or just missing completely. I end up having to choose the regular version instead, which kind of defeats the purpose for me.
The delivery itself is usually fine, so that’s not really the issue. But if I can’t actually get the products I’m shopping for, I don’t see much reason to keep using it as often.

I planned my whole day around the delivery window they gave me, and then my order showed up way later than promised. What made it worse was that there wasn’t even a clear update, so I was just stuck waiting around. If you’re going to promise a time slot, at least keep people informed when you can’t stick to it

My order showed up crushed again, which is really frustrating. They keep saying the packaging will be improved or handled better, but it all feels like vague promises at this point. I just want my stuff to arrive in decent condition.

"The substitutions are getting ridiculous"
I’m getting tired of the substitutions from Oda. I don’t mind if they swap one brand of pasta for another or something, but half the time it feels like they just toss in whatever is nearby. The other day I ordered a normal-sized pack and got this tiny little one instead, which completely messed up dinner because I was already making sauce and had garlic bread in the oven. It just feels like nobody really checks whether the replacement makes sense. At this point it’s more hassle than it’s worth

"Disappointing order and had to chase them"
I was disappointed with this order. The veg didn’t seem fresh at all and the bread tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. A few items also looked a bit damaged, which wasn’t great. I also had to chase them up about the complaint, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Not really what I expected from oda.

I tried ordering from oda.co, but the whole checkout process was so annoying. It kept kicking me back to the delivery slot page, and then my card payment failed twice with no clear explanation. I checked my bank app right away and there was nothing wrong on my end. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the usual “it’s just our policy/system” excuse instead of any actual help. After all that, my basket had changed and a few items had disappeared. I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Really not worth the hassle...

Delivery was mostly okay. No big issues there. But I had some items missing and support took forever to reply. When they finally did, it felt super copy-paste. Not awful. Just not helpful when you actually need a quick answer

To me, it just feels kind of wasteful and not very green. I personally prefer products that seem more environmentally conscious, so this one didn’t really sit right with me

I’ve used Oda a few times now, and the deliveries have either shown up late or had items missing. It’s not the worst service, but I don’t feel like I can really count on it for my weekly grocery shopping, if that makes sense
